Responsible for overseeing the pre-production and production phases of client documentaries. This involves everything from developing the creative concept and storyboard to hiring a production crew and arranging logistics for filming. Throughout the production process, we work closely with the client to ensure that the documentary's vision and message are captured on film.
Corporate Communications Strategy Development
We create a comprehensive communications plan that outlines the strategies, tactics, and channels that will be used to reach the clients target audience. This plan may include media relations, social media, content marketing, events, and other appropriate tactics for the client's goals and budget. We also establish metrics to measure the success of the plan and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Media Trainings
We develop a customized training program that meets the needs of the client. Involve assessing the client's current communication skills and identifying areas for improvement. The agency may then develop a training program that includes role-playing exercises, mock interviews, and other activities designed to build confidence and improve communication skills.

Joojo Cobbinah is an award-winning human rights activist, storyteller, photographer, and communication strategist with over ten years of experience advocating for basic freedoms in Africa. With strong research and interview skills, he uses compelling narratives to raise awareness of human rights violations. Joojo has successfully implemented media and advocacy campaigns for multinational businesses and Civil Society Organizations across several African countries, bringing creativity and expertise in communication for development to the projects he undertakes.
Justice Baidoo is an award-winning multimedia journalist with over 10 years of experience with major media houses. He has written extensively on topics like food security, climate change, and human rights. He has also consulted for organizations like UNICEF, UNDP, and British Council. Justice holds a Masters in International Journalism and a BA in Communications from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
Delali is a multilingual translator with over five years of experience in civil society organizations and multinational broadcasters. He’s worked with various international organizations, including ILO, MFWA, and the Red Cross. Delali has worked across West Africa, promoting languages, education, human rights, and effective communication while bridging inequalities. He graduated from Ghana Institute of Languages’ School of Translators.
Selorm is a creative strategist who has led successful campaigns for local and international brands in Ghana, Nigeria, Morocco, Liberia and South Africa. He has a proven track record of developing communication strategies for various media, including Digital, Traditional and BTL. Selorm played a key role in the rebranding of GCB Bank and the launch of MTN 4G in Ghana. He has created campaigns for brands such as MTN, UNHCR, Enterprise Insurance, and DKT International. Selorm holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies and works as a Creative Group Head at Innova DDB Ghana.
Dorcas Gyedua Frimpong is a Copy Writing and Integrated Marketing expert with 5+ years of experience working with major brands such as MTN Ghana and Stanbic Bank. She currently works as an Assistant Traffic Manager at ReZultz Advertising, a subsidiary of award-winning NINANI Group. Dorcas holds a first-class Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Public Relations option) from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
